I am Paul Gommert, the founder of Taleva. I worked with many service professionals, for example accountants, lawyers, therapists and consultants, and I kept seeing the same pattern, full calendars, full inboxes, and very little support with intake and scheduling.
These people wanted to spend time doing the work they love and earning money, instead they were reading long messages, trying to understand what the issue really was, deciding if it was a fit, and sending several replies to agree a time. In practice they were playing secretary for their own business, often in the evening, and it drained energy and focus.
Taleva is my answer to that problem. It is an AI secretary for service firms, while you are with a client, we screen and book the next one.
